Jutsus and Costs

I've noticed something happening recently. And it has to do with high level jutsus. So I'll make it clear now. From now on jutsus that causes more damage and are considered very powerful. Will now cause up to 2-3x times more chakra points. And your character will at least feel fatigued. This is to stop power playing. High level jutsus all come at a certain cost. Justus that affect the area in general too will cause extra.

So please keep this in mind when your character is fighting.
