effect:The caster will make clouds that are in the shape of a spider web.These clouds are very sticky and it will tangle things that come into contact with it.The caster can stick the spider webs everywhere he wants so it can form as a trap for enemies.The cloud webs will also stick to weapons and will tangle them up as well.If any type of flame touches the cloud web the web will begin to disappear in the area that the flame touched.

yeah it has a weakness if you burn the web it will disappear.I guess i should add that in the description.
