From now on jutsus that causes more damage and are considered very powerful. Will now cause up to 2-3x times more chakra points. And your character will at least feel fatigued. This is to stop power playing. High level jutsus all come at a certain cost. Justus that affect the area in general too will cause extra. So please keep this in mind when your character is fighting.
